All orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time. To estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:

You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. Orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS will be provided with tracking information. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.
Our office and fulfillment department is open Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. Orders are not processed on weekends.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO, FPO & P.O. Box addresses are sent via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail only. There is no express or overnight delivery available to these destinations.
Most orders which are received before 12PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders which are received after 12PM EST, will be processed the next business day

Returns of Products are subject to Zeees.com’s current return policies which are set forth here on our website and on the shipping statement sent with each order. These policies may be subject to additional or lesser return rights adopted by the manufacturer or publisher. The Terms of Sale represent the complete and final agreement between the customer and Zeees.com for the matters set forth herein and shall be supplemented only by the prices, quantity, and descriptions set forth in Zeees.com’s invoice for the relevant sale. Terms contained in customers' purchase orders, offers to buy, terms and conditions, and the like shall have no effect.
For Refunds: All returns for refund must be authorized by Zeees.com within 30 days of the delivery date. WE DO NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE. However, S&H cost is not refundable.
Replacements will be provided for any defective product within the specified warranty period for that product. Replacements will be the only recourse for returns after 30 days from the delivery date have passed. Zeees.com will only replace item(s) for the exact same item(s) during its warranty period. Sorry, we cannot exchange one item with a different item. The Product ID must be the same.
Zeees.com is not liable for packages that are lost in transit. It is highly recommended that you use a trackable shipping service when you send back your merchandise.
